These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are a binding contract between you and Analytics India Magazine Pvt Ltd. ("MachineHack," "we" and "us"). You must agree to and accept all of the Terms, or you don't have the right to use the Services. Your use of the Services in any way means that you agree to all of these Terms, and these Terms will remain in effect while you use the Services. These Terms include the provisions in this document, as well as those in the Privacy Policy.
We are constantly trying to improve our Services, so these Terms may need to change along with the Services. We reserve the right to change the Terms at any time, but if we do, we will bring it to your attention by placing a notice on the MachineHack website, by sending you an email, or by some other means.

- You may be required to sign up for an account and select a password and username ("MachineHack User ID").
- You may not transfer your account to anyone else without our prior written permission.
- You represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.
- You will only use the Services for your own internal, personal, non-commercial use.
- You will not share your account or password with anyone.
You agree not to:
- Infringe or violate the intellectual property rights or any other rights of anyone else.
- Violate any law or regulation.
- Post harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or obscene content.
- Jeopardize the security of your account or others' accounts.
- Attempt to obtain passwords or security information from other users.
- Run spam or auto-responders on the Services.
- Scrape or crawl any page or data from the Services.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to obtain the source code of the Services.
The materials displayed or performed on the Services, including text, graphics, data, articles, photos, and illustrations (the "Content"), are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any Content not owned by you without prior consent.
- Any content publicly posted or privately transmitted is the sole responsibility of the person from whom such content originated.
- You are responsible for all Content you contribute to the Services.
- The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services not controlled by MachineHack.
- Competitions are subject to separate Competition Rules established by the Host User.
- Participant Users may collaborate as a team, but each member must confirm team membership.
- MachineHack may disqualify users or remove Competitions if they violate these Terms.
User Submissions
You grant MachineHack a license to display, modify, and distribute your submissions for the purpose of operating the Services.
Competition Entries
You grant MachineHack and Host Users limited rights to evaluate and use your entries as per Competition Rules.
We may suspend, discontinue, or modify any part of the Services at any time. We reserve the right to remove any Content from the Services without notice.
The Services may be free or charge a fee. If you are using a free version, we will notify you before any fee-based Services begin.
You may stop using the Services at any time, but if you are hosting active Competitions, you should complete them first. MachineHack may terminate your account for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Warranty Disclaimer
The Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
MachineHack will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify MachineHack against third-party claims related to your use of the Services.
Governing Law
Disputes will be governed by the laws of Bengaluru, India.
These terms control the relationship between MachineHack and you. They do not create any third-party beneficiary rights. If any term is unenforceable, the rest remain valid. Disputes will be resolved in the state courts of Bengaluru, India.
